Her Mental Health Tribe is a new online community for women feeling isolated due to mental health challenges and in need of connection.
We are offering one year's free membership to a limited number of users who would like to be founding members and help us shape the community in our early days. You will be the first to join the platform.
You could be a service user, a professional with an interest in mental health, or someone feeling isolated and in need of connection and peer-to-peer support.

This is our cozy virtual living room and is the heart of the community. It's a place to chat, share stories, ask questions, share how you are doing support each other and take part in monthly themes and challenges.
Here we take things a little more slowly. We celebrate calmer, more mindful days, and the simple things in life. We share calming quotes and visuals and offer the opportunity to check-in each week with just one word.
This is our cozy reading corner - a soft space to share the books that moved us, comforted us, challenged us, or made us feel just a little less alone. We discuss fiction and non-fiction books as well as what's on our To-Be-Read list.
Inside the community you'll also find journals and worksheets to download - with new content added regularly.
This is a brand new women's-only community and we're at the very beginning of our journey. We'd love you to join us and help this grow into a a space where mental health challenges do not have to be faced alone—a place where we feel seen, build real connections, and lift each other up with compassion and care.
